My story
I’m Eva, an explorer of mindful and active living. I’ve always loved movement, adventure, and the feeling of truly being alive every day. In the past, I often felt anxious if I didn’t move enough or didn’t meet my own high standards.
This led me to believe that I didn’t deserve to enjoy life unless I “earned it” through effort—a pattern that kept me from true balance. The real change came when I let go of control and allowed life to flow on its own.
From various sports to Yoga
Over the years, I’ve tried various sports—horse riding, jazz ballet, surfing, mountain biking, freeride snowboarding, and skiing. Some of these remain a part of my life even today.
As a licensed snowboard instructor, I always found joy in teaching others how to take their first steps on the board and truly enjoy the ride. In my twenties, I discovered yoga, which completely changed my perspective on life.
At first, it helped me regain strength after an injury and find inner balance through breathing techniques. Soon, it became a source of tools for handling challenging life situations—through meditation and the consistent practice of asanas.
